I regularly go into the Queen Street branch. Staff know me and this gives my savings greater security. I opened my new account following a conversation, I trust the staff and they look out for me. This trust has been well earned and I would like to thank the team. I left my bank because of the pressure to use automated systems. Reviewed on: 1st January 2024
