The person on the phone was clearly spoken and very knowledgeable and helpful. The person in the Inverness branch was also clearly spoken, knowledgeable and helpful. I particularly was impressed as I opened ISA and account on a Friday and I had the passbook Monday. Reviewed on: 14th November 2025
