ISA transfer from another bank.

I had an ISA that was maturing with another bank and decided to transfer it to one of Shawbrook's cash ISA accounts for better interest. Having filled in the forms I was annoyed that this bank emailed me to say they couldn't allow the transfer to go through on maturity as there was one small mistake on the forms. I rang this bank and they said I'd have to start the process all over again !! Rang Shawbrook and explained the situation. No, I didn't have to start all over again. They got in touch with this bank and the transfer happened, at maturity, as planned. Success!! Reviewed on: 21st March 2025

As a customer of Shawbrook Bank, I have been delighted

As a customer of Shawbrook Bank, I have been delighted with the competitive rates on savings accounts. Wherever possible Shawbrook is my 'go to' to ensure good rates on return for both Fixed Rate Bonds and Cash ISAs. As someone who regularly carries out banking online, Shawbrook Bank's website is incredibly quick and easy to use and navigate. I also particularly like the reminders I receive via email, which is great to ensure I know when savings accounts are coming up for maturity and to advise on progress following my requests - I know I'm not going to miss any important deadlines! I certainly can't see any reason at this moment in time at least, why I would want to move away from Shawbrook Bank - well done and thank you! Reviewed on: 17th April 2025
