ISA transfer from another bank.

I had an ISA that was maturing with another bank and decided to transfer it to one of Shawbrook's cash ISA accounts for better interest. Having filled in the forms I was annoyed that this bank emailed me to say they couldn't allow the transfer to go through on maturity as there was one small mistake on the forms. I rang this bank and they said I'd have to start the process all over again !! Rang Shawbrook and explained the situation. No, I didn't have to start all over again. They got in touch with this bank and the transfer happened, at maturity, as planned. Success!! Reviewed on: 21st March 2025

Brilliant customer service and interest rates

Clear communications, easy to use website but if you need to speak with someone they are easy to contact, based in UK- so clear acoustics and speaking and then they sort for you, clearly commenting what they are doing and then immediately provide you with confirmation.
