I have saved and invested with Shawbrook bank for a good number of years and have found its website easy to navigate and its products always competitively priced. No complaints at all. On the few occasions I have had to ring the staff are always polite and helpful. Reviewed on: 21st March 2025

Best around for internet banking

I found Shawbrook to be straightforward and the site is easy to use. When I phoned with a query I was dealt with quickly and efficiently. The interest rates were one of the best around and probably still are. Reviewed on: 16th January 2026

Excellent interest rates, exemplary customer service

I’ve had a number of savings accounts with Shawbrook over the years and have always been impressed with the efficiency and effectiveness of their website and systems. Not to mention, excellent rates of interest! We recently recommended Shawbrook to our daughter when she was looking to invest £20,000 in an ISA.
