ISA transfer from another bank.

I had an ISA that was maturing with another bank and decided to transfer it to one of Shawbrook's cash ISA accounts for better interest. Having filled in the forms I was annoyed that this bank emailed me to say they couldn't allow the transfer to go through on maturity as there was one small mistake on the forms. I rang this bank and they said I'd have to start the process all over again !! Rang Shawbrook and explained the situation. No, I didn't have to start all over again. They got in touch with this bank and the transfer happened, at maturity, as planned. Success!! Reviewed on: 21st March 2025

Love Shawbrook

Shawbrook always give fair interest rates on their savings products. Whenever I've had uncertainties and needed to talk to someone, they were easy to contact and always very helpful. Their website is easy to use, and, I feel, is secure. Reviewed on: 10th March 2026
