Easy to run account online. Reasonable savings interest rates. Always done everything online, not had any cause to call customer services, but they send timely information in form of email eg when fixed term is maturing with instructions for what happens next and what the options are. Shawbrook Bank advertsing a a new Bonus Easy Access Savings Account Issue 2 4.31% AER (variable) for the first 12 months – includes a 2.31% AER fixed bonus For new customers only So this is for NEW CUSTOMERS ONLY.
