ISA transfer from another bank.

I had an ISA that was maturing with another bank and decided to transfer it to one of Shawbrook's cash ISA accounts for better interest. Having filled in the forms I was annoyed that this bank emailed me to say they couldn't allow the transfer to go through on maturity as there was one small mistake on the forms. I rang this bank and they said I'd have to start the process all over again !! Rang Shawbrook and explained the situation. No, I didn't have to start all over again. They got in touch with this bank and the transfer happened, at maturity, as planned. Success!! Reviewed on: 21st March 2025

Excellent online savings experience

I have invested with Shawbrook for over five years, they were my first experience of an online investment company (without physical counter service). I have found their website easy to use, and when I have needed to communicate with them, both online and by phone, their responses have been prompt, professional, and knowledgable. Shawbrook consistently offer competetive rates over a range of savings products, and I frequently choose them for my new cash ISA accounts, and for re-investing when the term ends. Transferring to a Cash ISA Account

I recently moved my savings from a Shawbrook Savings account to a Cash ISA with Shawbrook - I have been very happy with the savings account for several years, the interest rate was good, but I wanted to take out a cash ISA for tax efficiency as I am due to take my pension this year. The process of setting up the new account and transferring money to it and closing the old account was very easy and efficient. Shawbrook have also made the interface with their system very easy to use and clear so I know exactly what it happeneing and when. Reviewed on: 18th April 2025
