Helpful, kind and non judgemental.

Money Wellness helped me out of a nasty financial situation. They were super helpful, kind and non-judgmental, which is exactly what you need when you are having a tough time. The customer service was excellent and the information shared was succinct and to the point. There was some room for improvement around the tech side. It was not always clear how to contact them during the process, and there was some ambiguity with the website and email auto replies and instructions. Several links also did not work. I would absolutely recommend Money Wellness, although some work could be done on the technical features. Thank you, Money Wellness Reviewed on: 30th January 2026

Supportive, kind, and knowledgeable At my lowest ebb with bailiffs threatening removal of goods I reached out to Money wellness. Excellent experience could never thank the company enough.They dealt with my DRO application and took all the stress,worry and pressure from me it was affecting my mental health but they were so understanding and kept me updated every step of the way.Will definietly recommend in the future.THANK YOU MONEY WELLNESS. Initially it was easy to set up. however after several missed calls from money wellness it was a bit stressful, but we knew they were extremely busy and they always called back to reschedule the missed appointments.
