The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

By far the best bank to date

Amazing right from the start.

5 star experience of more than 2 years of Starling

I have had Starling for about 2+ years. It is the only bank I use. It was easy to set up, no fuss with going to banks. Everything can be done easily online, if I need a physical bank, post offices are there. Its really easy to use and clear. Customer service is 24/7, lovely people. I feel safe. I have my own saving spaces which I can put together, close, open etc. it feels really safe. If I lose my card, I can lock it temporarily on my phone. I can send IOUs to people for payments. I am a lady in her sixties and find this bank extremely easy to navigate online. Statements downloaded with ease. Spaces to create your own budgeting. No charges abroad. Have not stopped recommending this bank to everybody I know. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024

Brilliant bank

Starling bank has been brilliant. I have had a couple of large amounts of money come in to my account and they were very understanding when I explained the situation. If I have had any issues with payments they are very quick to resolve them. They are very on the ball, understanding and knowledgeable. I really love the cash pots that we can make, it helps budget our money for the month. Highly recommend Starling. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024
