The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Good online banking service. Dont miss a high street presence at all. Can always access the customer service team if needed. They have helped me with everything that I have needed help for, they always give me answers for my questions when needed and have always been great at providing a great service for me when somebody has taken money from my account they have always lead me in the right direction to get it sorted or refunded it!
