The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Great features

The facility to separate money into spaces for each bill is excellent and very helpful the notifications telling you when you have been paid or you have paid a bill are great features making life a lot easier. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024

Fabulously easy and manageable.

Starling is a great bank.

Starling is a great bank. I’ve never had an issue that couldn’t be sorted promptly and in a professional manner. The app is very easy to use and you get reminders of bills, to make sure you have enough in. They also have made kite free which is brilliant for my kids. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024
