The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

The app is a game changer for my finances.

The app is a game changer for my finances. I also had issues budgeting and controlling money. Being able to have an area for bills and just funding that has honestly made such a difference to me. Fund the billing space on payday and then forget about it. Magic. I also like the ease of use of the app. I used to have Halifax and Santander bank account. Now I just have Starling. Great App with instant results!

I just love the app and when I do need to speak to an advisor I don't really have to wait long. I find it much better then the conventional bank. The ease of being able to transfer money from one account to the next instantly. I love the concept of spaces and use these features to manage my money better. I just love it!
