Could do more for us

Starling are a pretty perfect bank. They don't charge stupid amounts for using your arranged overdraft, nor do they rob you for using your card abroad! They are very fair and simple, though I do think they should adopt a cashback extras feature similar to banks like Halifax and Barclays as that has saved me well over £100 and would be a god send! Excellent budgeting application.

I like the Spaces application- it is really useful for budgeting; Their chat line service is excellent at solving issues that may arise and have helped me in obtaining refunds from scam online transactions. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2026

If Carlsberg did Banks
