Easy to budget your money

It's just so very easy to budget your money with Starling's "Saving Spaces", that I have recommended to many friends. I've even been asked by cashiers how it works , which is greeted by, "I need that!" Reviewed on: 13th March 2024

Haven’t looked back since switching

I switched to Starling over a year ago, and haven’t looked back. the functionality is excellent and easy to use, ”Spaces” are one of the best inventions/concepts for banking. I love the control and visibility it gives me. Customer service has been excellent on the rare occasion I have had any issues. Brilliant banking experience.

Brilliant banking experience. I can budget so much better now. Easy, safe... Can't fault it. I expect some customers might miss the cheque facility but personally it's a great bank and so pleased I switched 2 years ago, having heard the founder tell her story on the radio. I am so happy with Starling.

I moved my account from a NatWest and a Halifax one. Both of which I had problems with direct debits not going out and getting extra charges. I would definitely not return to either of them. My Starling account is easy to use, updates immediately and I can see all of my payments in and out so easily that managing my money is so much easier. The saving spaces make budgeting simple and I have found all this has improved my credit rating ! Reviewed on: 13th March 2024

EASY TO USE

EASY TO USE, GREAT TO HAVE SO MANY SUB ACCOUNTS, THE ONLY DRAWBACK IS THAT YOU CANNOT TRANSFER MONEY FROM 1 SUB ACCOUNT TO ANOTHER, YOU HAVE TO PUT IT IN THE MAIN ACCOUNT AND MAKE ANOTHER TRANSACTION Reviewed on: 13th March 2024
