The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Name changes are.not a pain with Starling

I've been with Starling for a few years now and they've been great. This year I got married and changed my name and not only were Starling the easiest bank to change my name with, they were the best of any company and government departments. Overall, I would say Starling Bank has done a good job.

No regrets about moving to Starling

Since moving to Starling a few years ago, I've had no regrets about leaving the big international bank I was with before. Using the Starling app is easy and intuitive, and it's useful to have a Euro account as well as a Sterling current account. Reviewed on: 13th March 2024
