Lots of real-life helpful features

Instant notifications really are instant! The settle up feature is super helpful when out for dinner or booking holiday's with friends. We've used it a lot in the office for birthday collections too. I also really love spaces - one for me, for kids clothes, household improvements. It's really helpful and you get interest on the savings spaces too! great. Reviewed on: 17th January 2024

Great app and Great customer service

I have enjoyed using starling bank to manage my money. It offers me a nice percentage for keeping my money with them, which is better than 0%. I have always has a great experience with customer service and I enjoy using the sleek design on the app for a non-clunky and seamless user experience which i don't get from my main stream banks Reviewed on: 16th January 2024

Best bank account, easy to use app, handy tools for managing money, no hidden fees or charges for foreign currency transactions, fast and simple to create virtual cards and even request a new physical card. I recommend it to everyone! Reviewed on: 16th January 2024

Absolutely Brilliant!

We have been with starling now for a couple of years. It is wonderful. I closed Monzo and moved over. I use it as our everyday current account and I have a child with a Kite Card. Going abroad and being able to use my Debit Card for purchases AND cash withdrawals, with no fee, is brilliant. Yes, there is no phone number to contact Customer Service but they are very quick to respond and helpful. Reviewed on: 1st December 2023

Simply the best...

Starling's current account is simply the best. Having used Monzo and Barclays before, I have found Starling to be the best out of them all. Customer service is always professional, friendly but human and so kind. Nothing is too much hassle. The app is loaded with features, but unlike Monzo, it's a bank for adults with no childish animations or bright colours. It's a clean, simple to use UI which you can tell has been thoughtfully designed. Best Bank Account! Reviewed on: 1st December 2023

Simply the best

The starling app/bank is so easy to use, plus having the ability to have child accounts/spaces with linked debit cards I can control but they can still use online/in shops is just perfect. Reviewed on: 5th October 2023
