From loads of old accounts to Starling Spaces...

We had a number of old accounts in our other main bank. Rather than having to manage all the different payments in and out of the five accounts we switched it all to Starling using their Spaces facility to create 'sub accounts' whcih gave us a single view and easy management of our monthly finances. Easy Saver account is inaccessible.

Been a customer for 2+ years but turned down for an Easy Saver account with little or no explanation. Why stimulate demand if you can’t or won’t supply it. Contemptuous treatment of a previously satisfied customer. Will definitely be moving to Chase Reviewed on: 14th February 2025
