Great app and amazing customer support

Overall an amazing bank. My only gripes are to have an option to exclude certain transactions from spending insights for better money management and also have a savings account. Reviewed on: 19th March 2023

Spoiled by irrational security checks

Were very good when joined few years ago and now spoiled by irrational security and anti-money laundering messages that show their systems and staff don't look at the information they already have and not suited to real world customer usage. Friends, family and colleagues also having same experiences and very disappointing as we all recommended Starling when we originally joined. Reviewed on: 19th March 2023

Great app and communication

Simple to set up, simple to use.

I like the way the app works as it should. Spending abroad doesn’t cost extra and I get notified immediately what it’s cost me in Sterling after paying by card. Reviewed on: 17th March 2023

Easy to use, good service

Customer support are easy to get hold of, the account is ideal for international travel, and the app is convenient and intuitive. Reviewed on: 17th March 2023

Good starting point but not there yet

Don't get me wrong, it is a decent and responsive app. However the online banking is quite lacking, their 0.05% interest rate is joke, not being able to export a pdf of a single transaction is a pain. Reviewed on: 17th March 2023

Seamless banking

Moving both of our accounts over to Starling has been seamless. We love having the personal and joint account in one app. It’s been so easy to save money having spaces that automatically transfers money across. We love being able to see what we’ve spent our money on, so we can be cautious. Customer service has also been a dream. Someone replies so fast, and it’s helpful for concerns or worries. Like a Breath of Fresh Air
