It's 2023 and they won't let you do what you want with YOUR money

The Friendly face of banking

Banks are evil, but not Starling. You are treated with respect in a friendly manner. Starlingbank has a great ethos, treating people fairly. I really admire their CEO, Anne Boden. Reviewed on: 22nd March 2023

Great app and amazing customer support

Overall an amazing bank. My only gripes are to have an option to exclude certain transactions from spending insights for better money management and also have a savings account. Reviewed on: 19th March 2023

Spoiled by irrational security checks

Were very good when joined few years ago and now spoiled by irrational security and anti-money laundering messages that show their systems and staff don't look at the information they already have and not suited to real world customer usage. Friends, family and colleagues also having same experiences and very disappointing as we all recommended Starling when we originally joined. Reviewed on: 19th March 2023
