Brilliant bank

Easy to set up the account. As soon as it was set up, the pp asked if I wanted to add the card to Apple Pay so it could be used immediately. The card was delivered. Few days later. I tried the account for a few weeks. Spending notifications came through almost immediately for card and Apple Pay transactions. I went through the current account swap process. It was completed on the allocated day. Two direct debits went wonky, but calling Starling resolved the issue. Seemed like the companies I was paying messed up. I love the virtual cards! The online platform is simple, intuitive, easy to use, secure and effective. The best thing is even before the BoE interest hikes Starling were giving their customers interest.
