Excellent bank!

I can honestly say Starling is the best bank I have ever used. Their app is user friendly, it's super easy to bank cash at a post office or deposit cheques through the app. The "spaces" are a complete game changer and take the stress out of making sure all your bills are covered before pay day. And finally their customer service chat help is brilliant and really responsive! I enjoy reading the newsletters too! Keep up the good work Starling, you deserve to win! Best Bank

Straight forward thinking banking!

Great bank, app is so easy and lots of little saver accounts can be made, my daughter has a Kite card, great for her age and I always get a notification when she spends. Quick to respond to messages, all in all I’m glad I opened a Starling account. Reviewed on: 24th February 2023

Best customer service ever!

Starlink bank has the best customer service. They don't send their customers to talk to a bot as every time I have a simple enquiry there is a real person chatting with me, which is great! The application works quickly and perfectly and feels safe to carry out any type of transaction. Easy to manage and transfer money between accounts and other people with the same bank. The best part? Easy to use and budget

Excellent bank. Easy to set-up account and transfer direct debits. The banking app is really easy to use and well thought out, very user friendly. Very rare that I need to contact the bank but when I do they are quick and efficient to respond. I love the spaces function which has helped my budgeting and keeping on top of my bills and monthly expenditure. A bonus is no charges when using card overseas and immediate notification on my mobile for every transaction. Starling are always creating new functions and are very customer focused. Great bank, sustainable, ethical and easy to use

I switched my current account from Barclays after finding out that they use the money to support fossil fuel industries in my search for a modern bank which values sustainability i found starling. It’s not quite as feature rich as Monzo in some ways but it’s ethics are clear, it’s modern and works well. Reviewed on: 24th February 2023

Has it all

I just love everything about it. From Spaces to getting/changing/cancelling an overdraft with a swipe to sending payment requests to friends and family. So user friendly and great for people-phobes like me!! Reviewed on: 24th February 2023

Best Bank I have used.

Changed to Starling 2 1/2 years ago when having problems with my then current bank that I had been with for over 20 years. Went for Starling as they are a modern Bank from the ground up not an 'old school' institution playing at being moder. I haven't looked back since. Reviewed on: 24th February 2023
