Simple product that has exactly what I want in a personal account

The banking app is really easy to use and has lots of well-thought out features. The account itself does exactly what I need and there are no unneeded add ons with monthly fees. The ethical and environmental credentials were my main reason for choosing Starling, but I have been impressed with everything else that they do since joining. Reviewed on: 24th February 2023

App-solutely Fabulous

Best banking app I’ve ever used. Simple to operate with a high level of confidence around security. Love the saving spaces and the ability to pay from them allowing great spending control around personal themes. Reviewed on: 24th February 2023

Simple & quick to set up

Everything I need from my bank.

Banked with Starling for several years now. Everything just works. When I have contacted stuff is handled well. In my 40’s so I think my expectations of a bank are well grounded and Starling meets or exceeds them all. I’d like more products - savings, credit cards etc but only if they’re competitive otherwise no point. The app is polished and I can self serv almost everything I want to do. Peace of mind
