Everything is so easy and quick. No more standing in a queue to be told I was in the wrong queue for that service...

I don't need to contact them often, but when I have, it's easy and quick. I have never been left waiting or wondering, their staff are great. I will never go back to a High Street bank. Reviewed on: 24th February 2023

Best banking move I ever made

Right from the get-go, the move to Starling has been nothing but beneficial. The process of changing banks was made incredibly simple and I was kept informed of every stage. The app is easy to use and works flawlessly. Customer service is bang on in terms of friendliness, help and they genuinely listen and take on board any queries.
