This is an excellent online bank, especially as payments in and out are extremely quick, and everything is very transparent. Also very helpful that reminders appear when payments out are going to be made soon. Starling appears to be much friendlier and more efficient than any competitors, and easy to use. Online banking from starling puts others to shame

I have used Starling for over a year and have never had any issues. I speak to native speaking customer service if I need to do anything that I don't understand. They are quick to answer, provide a very good service and follow everything up. I have been very impressed. Can now view my money in a sensible and unique way thanks to new systems which you can choose to or not to improve how you see your money. Unique, fresh and never have any issues with my daily account. Thanks to their ways of viewing funds in the account I can say I have a much easier way if keeping account of all my money's and welcome additional ideas as starling introduce them. I don't think I would have saved as much without some of the ideas starling had. Having a spaces account helps me keep important monies separate and stops me spending more than I have. I love that you can now have a separate card for spaces monies to pay bills directly from that space. Brilliant. Keep it up. I also like how they are doing a bit for the planet by planting a tree for new accounts. I've signed a number of friends up to this idea. Reviewed on: 24th February 2023

I’ve had a Starling bank account for nearly 5 years and can honestly say I wouldn’t bank with anyone else. The banking app is so easy to use, you can create convenient spaces to put aside money for bills or savings. Depositing money or cheques is simple as is sending money. You can see at a glance deposits or payments due which are upcoming. I even get alerts on my phone when I payment has gone thru. You can turn your card off immediately which is great if you suspect there has been any unauthorised activity on your account. Their customer service is 24 hours, you never have to wait long to speak to an advisor and they have always sorted any issues that I’ve had. They are so polite and helpful. Fraudulent activity is treated seriously and on a previous issue I was reimbursed with no issues at all. I really can’t rate Starling enough and I’m one very satisfied customer. Starling bank app

Very good App. There were a few issues a couple of years ago, which I pointed out especially concerning there budgeting and monthly reporting. I guess along with other users pointing these out, they have now fixed them. It is now an excellent app and very flexible Reviewed on: 24th February 2023
