Good bank

Been with Monzo and Starling banks Starling stands out with fee free atm abroad , free cash deposit at post office, low overdraft fees and just feel better. Reviewed on: 7th February 2020

Poor app and customer service

Was a starling customer from 2017 until late 2022. Nothing but issues with their app and customer service. CASS to another bank as I couldn’t take it any longer. Reviewed on: 25th January 2023

Love this bank

Excellent service. As a personal user I couldn't fault it and would heartily recommend. The only thing I would suggest is for business bank accounts to allow access for non-directors, so that we could switch to this bank at my company - unfortunately this feature makes it impossible for us to use currently. Super easy to use and so user friendly

I set up a current account with Starling last week. I was so impressed at how quick and seamless the whole process was. No unnecessary hoops to jump through and excellent communication throughout.
