The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Love everything!

Love everything about Starling. It’s helped me to straighten out my finances and stay out of overdraft. Everything I need at the touch of a few buttons. Can pay in cheques by photo and cash at the post office which is convenient as banks near my rural home have all closed. Especially like the savings spaces so I can replan and budget each month. Starling, without a doubt is the best modern bank in...

Starling, without a doubt is the best modern bank in the UK. I’ve fortunately not had to deal with customer services much, but when I have they have been outstanding, giving me a new card when it was damaged quick, and when I forgot my password, resetting it was simple. No trips to a branch or waiting for a letter in the post. Starling is how banking should be, and with the likes of Lloyds Banking Group closing branches, they have a long way to go to matching the app, the service and support. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024
