WAS TREPIDATIOUS BUT...

I wasn't sure if I would like a totally virtual / online bank... would the app work ( have had bad experiences with other bank's apps) , would there be a human, a well-informed human, there to help if necessary..... But my experience so far has been fantastic. None of my worries have been realized , and I love the app. I used my card abroad, and the exchange rate was better than the FX company card I have used abroad previously, and it was useable everywhere. The fx card , despite also being Mastercard, was not.... so I was saved from embarrassment on several occasions. Very happy indeed with everything ! Reviewed on: 24th March 2022

Easy to use, prompt, fair pricing and exchange

The best account available. I used my euro account in Spain last summer . Immediate transaction notification, so every time I was asked if I wanted a receipt I already had acknowledgment from the bank . So much safer and a great exchange rate Reviewed on: 24th March 2022

Easy and straightforward to use it

Flexible, supportive bank.

Having moved from HSBC, I have found the app to be informative, clear and user friendly. Among other features my fav is the penny saving feature, saving without hard effort, but the app gives support in all my other financial control. Reviewed on: 24th March 2022

Perfect for my needs

I am disabled and find everything easy to use,no trips to branches miles away due to closures locally,get heads up when bills due ect,customer services are quick and well versed. Best bank I have had

Bank full of info

I love how the bank tells you instantly that you have used your card have upcoming bills has round up easy saying pots and free currency transactions when useing your card in other country’s and shows you the local payment and the amount in GBP in the same message Reviewed on: 24th March 2022

Efficient, no fuss, easy

Great to use, easy, secure and no frills. Easy currency converter, just plain simple and so quick. Deposits, withdrawals and payments abroad come through instantly. Clear and a great option to traditional banks. Highly recommend. Reviewed on: 24th March 2022
