No hassle no judgment help

Step change help us sort ourselves out without any fuss or judgement. They explained all the details and options and helped us follow through our plan. Also explained how to desk with the creditors. Fantastic service showing us "light at the end of the tunnel ". Reviewed on: 9th June 2021

Phenomenal

I was stressing over my financial situation especially in the age we are in and I never thought I would be in this situation by alas I am and I got recommended StepChange by Very (One of the companies I am in debt with) and since going onto a plan with StepChange my life is so much easier they just take the money and distributes it over multiple companies I am in debt with they are also incredibly friendly incredibly understanding of anyone's situations and they keep in contact with you overall its One of the best decisions I have ever made and I hope they win Reviewed on: 7th July 2023

Help when I needed it most

I had found myself struggling with my finances for the first time in my life and having constant calls and messages from creditors and worrying how I was going to cope and what to do. Spoke to step change and they where brilliant , not judgemental and helped me to fill in a income expenditure form and arranged manageable monthly payments to my creditors for me to help me in my unfortunate circumstances. Taken so much pressure off us

Joined step change after being with the FWG debt management plan who were charging £6000 in fees to manage our debts for us where as step change have been even more helpful and don’t charge a penny with the cost of living the way it is has made our financial worries a lot less stressful there friendly staff always on hand to help should you have a problem with your plan and also the availability of the online access is fantastic. There is a point when I’m Debt, you know the only way for change, is help.
