It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Help when I needed it most

I had found myself struggling with my finances for the first time in my life and having constant calls and messages from creditors and worrying how I was going to cope and what to do. Spoke to step change and they where brilliant , not judgemental and helped me to fill in a income expenditure form and arranged manageable monthly payments to my creditors for me to help me in my unfortunate circumstances. Taken so much pressure off us

Joined step change after being with the FWG debt management plan who were charging £6000 in fees to manage our debts for us where as step change have been even more helpful and don’t charge a penny with the cost of living the way it is has made our financial worries a lot less stressful there friendly staff always on hand to help should you have a problem with your plan and also the availability of the online access is fantastic. There is a point when I’m Debt, you know the only way for change, is help.
