Superb support

I’ve been on a DMP for around a year with Step Change and I really feel like I’m taking the right steps to become debt free. Although it will take a few more years, I never feel pressured to pay more than I can afford, I can review my payment online or over the phone with an agent and they always do what’s best for my circumstances. The staff seem genuinely caring and want to help, no judgment. I recommend StepChange to everyone who needs help to manage their debts as I’ve felt so supported and safe in their care. So helpful and understanding

Cash-busters.

From that high wire walk where it's easy to fall. Stepchange came and removed it all. No cash-flow worries or "what's left for food" All gets removed and changes the mood. The details given on who what where End that suffering and much dispair. You get your life back, a proven fact Remove your problems, it's time to act. A light at the end of darkness

Before I choose to help myself get out of a horrible situation I was drowning in debt and misery, I found stepchange and they literally gave me hope and a light and changed my life around, I’m at the end of my debt plan and it’s given me tools to budget and manage my money better going forward, couldn’t recommend them enough. Help when needed

I thought I was beyond help as my debts were out of control. The moment I contacted Stepchange they were so accommodating and efficient. They worked out a healthy amount I could pay each month and dealt with all creditors on my behalf. Gave me hope Gave me a life

I can't praise stepchange enough I have a IVA with them. I was drowning in debt I felt so low it was a tough time the process was smooth they helped all the way and have been fantastic ever since if I've had to contact them or during my annual review. I always recommended them to people if I hear there struggling. There is still a taboo about debt it's only certain people etc but that is far from the truth it can and does effect everyone from all different walks of life and backgrounds. Stepchange support you every step of the way give you hope in the dark days give you a life back and eventually the aim is to be debt free. Just over 12 months for me and I will have finished they do except you to want to do it and follow the required procedures which is how it should be it's going to feel amazing keep up this incredible work stepchange Reviewed on: 13th August 2022
