It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. I can breath again

I simply felt like we were drowning. Due to illness I could no longer work full time and my husband started to care for me more & more meaning he also couldn't work full time. Able to breathe again

I suffer from bipolar so my debt was occurred due to this.it spiralled out of control. It got so bleak that I didn’t know where to turn . I heard about stepchange from one of my creditors and that one phone call changed my life . I can’t thank them enough for everything they have done to set the ball in motion , setting up affordable realistic payment plans where I have more than £10 a week for essential things like bills & food .
