It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Handled my debt

Sleep well again!

Stepchange have been amazing and I always recommend them to family and friends. They helped me sleep again, no more lying awake worrying about paying all my bills. It’s free and they do everything for you. They contact the companies for you, so you don’t have to speak to them. Supportive

I have never been made to feel bad about the situation i got myself into and have always been treated with empathy and in a professional way as regards to my debt and options available. I cannot thank everyone I have spoken to on the phone enough. My debt issues came to a head when I was diagnosed with cancer and going through Stepchange gave me an enormous sense of relief. I only wish I had been courageous enough to do something about it earlier.
