Dare to hope,!

I have been very ill with cancer. During my treatments I took my eye off the ball as the saying goes. Was too ill to deal with post and many many calls from people demanding money. I was becoming paranoid about the phone,the postman. Well debts don’t go away I didn’t know where or who to turn to, my life was such a mess, I was even contemplating ending it all. A friend came here and said why don’t we ring Stepchange the debt charity. I had nothing to lose but from that very first call, they made me feel like we can sort this out together and took me through every single step. Every person I spoke with was efficient,nothing was too much trouble, kind and compassionate. Made me feel like perhaps I could live a life. Am not the only person this happens to. Quite a bit of paperwork which I found daunting but even if I was stuck on silly questions I always got a real person to speak with. I can’t praise them high enough Reviewed on: 27th August 2024

Weight off my shoulders !

Brilliant company, their process is very easy to do and once all sorted it's kind of set and forget until you need a review, which again is a very simple process. HELP FROM PEOPLE WHO CARE

I've been using Stepgchange since February now and they're incredibly Empathetic and easy to deal with. No one makes you feel stupid or silly. They help. Every time something has need to change or updating they're there on the phone talking you through what is needed or explaining a process/procedure.
