Dare to hope,!

I have been very ill with cancer. During my treatments I took my eye off the ball as the saying goes. Was too ill to deal with post and many many calls from people demanding money. I was becoming paranoid about the phone,the postman. Well debts don’t go away I didn’t know where or who to turn to, my life was such a mess, I was even contemplating ending it all. A friend came here and said why don’t we ring Stepchange the debt charity. I had nothing to lose but from that very first call, they made me feel like we can sort this out together and took me through every single step. Every person I spoke with was efficient,nothing was too much trouble, kind and compassionate. Made me feel like perhaps I could live a life. Am not the only person this happens to. Quite a bit of paperwork which I found daunting but even if I was stuck on silly questions I always got a real person to speak with. I can’t praise them high enough Reviewed on: 27th August 2024

Stepchange are there for everyone, no matter what

I went from the lowest of lows to now over one year in control and happy with my monthly debit payments, so much so that I have further increased my repayment amounts to achieve a debt free life even sooner than I imagined. I must admit that I tried this service many times in the past and I failed it, only when you commit to it and trust the method, THEN you will see and feel results. Catalogue debt help

I had one catalogue debt that had spiralled out of control. The catalogue company told me about ‘step change debt charity’, I got intouch and they helped me out by writing to the catalogue company straight away and setting up a payment plan through them so I don’t even have to deal with the catalogue company anymore, I just deal with step change and it’s so much easier.
