StepChange Debt charity Review

I contacted StepChange a few months ago to get help with my finances. I have struggled with debts for the past 2 years,and I was scared and embarrassed to discuss my financial worries with anybody. I am so relieved I contacted StepChange who, aside from recently setting up my Debt Management Plan, have offered non-judgmental, professional help and have been there for me every step of the way (by phone/email) to support me and reply to any queries I might have. It's a long way to go before I can be officially debt-free, however I can now see the light at the end of the tunnel (almost!). I wake up every morning knowing that no creditors are chasing me for unpaid bills, and this to me is one of the best feelings ever - the anxiety is gone. Being debt-free will take time, but I know that I can always count on StepChange's professional support should any difficulties arise on the way Reviewed on: 16th May 2024

From hopelessness to peace of mind and hope!

I was referred to step change at a time that I was very stressed and fearful. But they managed to negotiate my debt/payment plan to one that I could afford, therefore giving me peace of mind and hope to carry on. I will always be grateful! Reviewed on: 7th August 2024

When i realize ten plus years ago the financial mess...

When i realize ten plus years ago the financial mess i was in , I turn to my daughter and she suggested contacting (Step Change ) I am 85 years old and my time with (Step Change .. and my kids helping ..was a massive relief...I myself have introduce more than 5 friends ..My thanks to ( Step Change ) 1 million times and may you all and your all families be blessed.... Great support without pressure
