Several years ago we were in deep financial trouble.

Several years ago we were in deep financial trouble. Fortunately a friend suggested that we should contact StepChange and, after a successful application, we have never looked back. Several options were given and we chose a debt management plan as it best suited our circumstances. After this there were no more unpleasant phone calls, mail or callers at the door. Good advice was given when setting budgets throughout the plan and monthly payments were made throughout. Now nearing the end of plan, pleased to recommend to anyone with a similar problem in future. Amazing! Thank you for everything.

I was at my lowest and almost lost my home due to my relationship breaking down. The ladies and gents I’ve dealt with at StepChange were amazing. From day one until right now, every call has been friendly, personable, and empathetic. At one point I had to reduce my payments by two thirds, but as long as lines of communication are kept open and they are kept updated, they were able to keep helping me. I am now one payment away from clearing my debt plan and I can’t praise StepChange enough for all of their help and support through it all. Got to a stage when couldnt face the growing mail getting from the creditors. I knew I had to di something so took the courage to speak with Stepchange,in the end I had nothing to worry about as they made you feel at ease and always talked you through everything and helped in any way that they could.
