Its always difficult when dealing with money problems, or it was at least. Until I was recommended StepChange I feel I am finally back and track and can see a light at the end of the tunnel. They dealt with our creditors, and negotiated affordable repayments for us, and relieving the stress and anxiety were under. I came out of work unexpectedly through illness, step change where there to talk to me every step of the way. They gave me advice on the different plans I could use for my debt and really helped to reduce the overwhelming burden I was feeling. You can review your budget and keep on track with payments by monthly statements. I have so far had a good experience with step change and I’m on track to have a future that’s debt free. Peace of mind.

Stepchange do not want to know how you got into debt nor do they judge. They help you to draw up a realistic budget and suggest items you may not have considered for future expenditure or where you may be able to cut back in order to achieve a manageable repayment figure or other possible routes to solve your dilemma.
