Took a huge weight of our shoulders

We were sinking under our debt, robbing Peter to pay Paul but after talking to StepChange, we knew that we had an option to help us repay our debts. Helping people to take control

I think that this service is excellent at putting customers at ease, they listen and are empathetic to the customers needs. Staff explain the processes very well and do everything that they can to ensure that you understand. They fully supported me and took the stress from me at a time when I really needed support.
