Absolutely fantastic!

They have been excellent. I did look at debt management company but about 30% of the amount I would be paying to them to clear my debts would be going to them as fees. From first contact when I felt out of control and very depressed they spoke to me like I was human and that I mattered they helped me sort all my debts out so that now I am not working everyday to pay they and not getting anywhere. Live saver.

They take the stress of dealing with mounting debt and trying to juggle different companys correspondence before you sink. Also recommended by company’s you deal with so this makes it a lot easier. listened no judging wish I’d turned to them sooner

When I was in trouble financially stepchange were kind and understanding acknowledging that it didn’t take much to be in that position and that it’s not always your fault. I felt listened to without being judged and they handled everything for me. When I paid it all off myself and contacted them they supplied me with the proof I needed. I wish I’d gone to them sooner.
