It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Kind, calm, non-judgemental and knowledgeable.

The staff are fantastic - I was very weepy and anxious when I finally got in touch with them, and they were so kind, non-judgemental, helpful and calm. They have made the process of sorting out my debt really simple. They explain everything, and are supremely patient. I recommended them to a friend years ago, and they were great then too. Experience with StepChange is really good.

From start to finish, they made everything so much easier to handle, all i did was fill in a few questions and they made what was an extremely stressful time for me.
