professional and caring.

I was getting chased for money I could not pay and I learned of stepchange,and rang them and they sorted out my debts in a professional and caring way and were not judgemental of how I had got into debt, but showed me how to clear all my debts and got in touch with all my creditors and got them to accept a reasonable payments to them that I could afford and that helped me a lot so much so I had 9 debts to clear at first but now I have only 1 now which I will clear in July, and then I will be debt free, so without stepchange I would never had achieved this and I have no words that could thank them enough for how they got me out of a situation that I would never been able to clear my debts on my own so a big thank you to them. An absolute lifeline

Step change helped me get things into a manageable order. They were kind, supportive, and non judgemental from the start and have continued to be so whenever I have had cause to call. They pretty much sort everything out for you too, contact creditors etc. Can't thank them enough for the work they do. Reviewed on: 6th June 2025

StepChange have really helped me!

I have had a good experience with StepChange so far and I am pleased I got help when I did, as my debt was crippling me. The only reason I didn't say that StepChange were not good value for money is that they do not charge anything. They just help you sort yourself out, without incurring more debt.
