StepChange has turned my problems around

Every stage of the process towards a debt management plan was made clear and relatively easy to carry out . I struggled with some of the IT involved. Everyone I have spoken to has been knowledgable and non judgmental and kind. I dreaded having to involve anyone else in my financial problems but StepChange took away that feeling to a large extent. I couldn’t keep up with my debts.
