Help in times of need.

Great people who are really there to help you out in times of need, I am really glad I took the plunge and got help now I'm on a plan and and looking forward to the future debt free. They gave me hope.

I know its a cliche but there was a time when I literally thought I had nowhere to turn. The breakdown of a marriage, becoming a single parent and left with a lot of debt. All advisors were helpful from start to finish.

All advisors were helpful from start to finish. I dreaded ringing with our dept problems, they made me feel so comfortable. All through the 5 years of paying off our debts, they were helpful, not once did they make me feel guilty for having debts. At the end of the 5 years the feeling of elation was unbelievable. Gave us hope and reassurance

In our retirement we were facing a dreadful future of debts that had to be repaid and no income, StepChange showed us the way to remain in our own home and pay off our creditors monthly whilst still having money to live on to pay for food and other essential bills.
