It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Let stepchange change your life.

I was completely overwhelmed, felt like there was no way out, then someone recommended Stepchange. They completely changed my life. I have since recommended them to a family friend. Though there are lots of questions to answer and it seems a lot to do it is well worth the effort for the peace of mind. Professional and friendly help when needed most

When unexpected life events meant could no longer afford the debt levels I had, Stepchange were able to provide options, detail the ways forward and work with the creditors to ensure that things were as easy to sort out as they could be. This helped reduce stress and allowed me to concentrate on sorting out the issues that had caused the problem in the first place. From feeling at the lowest point in my entire life.
