Help when you really are at your lowest

I have been with stepchange a while, recently I had to amend my payments as I can no longer work full time due to caring for my husband. Everything was sorted out online and I now pay less helping me to manage my finances. Reviewed on: 1st May 2024

So easy to complete online.

So easy to complete online. I did everything online and email. I get overwhelmed talking to people sometimes, so was glad they had this option. When I did have a query two months into my plan.
