It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. THANK YOU STEPCHANGE.

I got into a financial mess after I was persuaded to retire and end my self employment and quickly ran up a debt of over £ 10,000. Then heard about STEPCHANGE and told them my circumstances. They then sorted a debt management plan [affordable to me] to pay my creditors. It was a 5 year plan and I finished paying it off in October 2023. Honestly if you are in a mess with money then contact them. The whole service is entirely free and no interest is paid on whhat you owe. They have been absolutely amazing in helping me when I was financially drowning to make smaller more manageable payments each month. It has released a lot of stress an pressure and they ensure that they provide you with the right service and affordable repayments. The best bit is that they offer their services for free. Bringing light where there was only darkness

Stepchange have been amazing from start to finish, always helpful, when contacted they are always positive and supportive and always able to reassure us that we don’t need to worry as they deal with your creditors on your behalf.
