Don’t know who to call!!! , call StepChange

I don’t know where to start, StepChange helped my son , so it was thanks to him that I contacted StepChange.I can’t thank you and your support team enough. over a period of a few days your team talked me through everything and every step I would need moving forward, at last I had faith and I could sleep at night. Life savers

I was made redundant unexpectedly a month before start of Covid and had no hope of getting a job due to lockdown. The debts were suffocating me and I started suffering with depression with suicidal thoughts. Due to the stress my daughter was diagnosed with eating disorder as well and the prognosis looked very bleak. Once I contacted step change things started looking up. The customer service is ne t to non! Everyone has been very understanding and reassuring. I really don’t know what I would have done if step change wasn’t there for us. Reviewed on: 1st May 2024

Just the best.

Step Change just helped me right from the start. Their staff are so friendly. I was so ashamed, they just took all of that away and provided helpful options and advice. I finally have light and can see an end of my debts. Reviewed on: 1st May 2024
