It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. StepChange fought mum’s corner and arranged a debt management plan with a credit card company for a debt that wasn’t hers. It belonged to another card holder on the account. She has never been in debt and StepChange sorted the debt out with the company for a debt repayment plan. If you have any sort of debt which you need help with, please get in touch with StepChange - they are helpfu, non-judgemental and very approachable- they also know how best to help. Could be better
