No hassle no judgment help

Step change help us sort ourselves out without any fuss or judgement. They explained all the details and options and helped us follow through our plan. Also explained how to desk with the creditors. Fantastic service showing us "light at the end of the tunnel ". Reviewed on: 9th June 2021

Lifeline

I ended up in debt and heavy borrowing due to my wife’s mental illness. The stress was affecting every part of my life. I contacted Stepchange and they basically threw me a lifeline. They organised my repayments and froze any action from my creditors. I have been able to control the budget in regards to every day life and also the repayments. Everything is online and communicating with Stepchange is brilliant. I have now been with Stepchange for about 6 months and been able to keep my head above water. I have a clear plan and making headway into paying all of my debts off. Thank you to everyone at Stepchange. I must add that every time I called them, there was always a non judgemental person on the other end of the phone and they were very supporting and sympathetic. Helped with my debts

I joined step change last year & they combined all my debts with one monthly payment I managed to do all this online as I struggle to speak to people on the phone I manage to email them with any problems I have it can take sometime to get an email back but still sorts my issue out thank you step change help that is free is amazing they definitely deserve an award Reviewed on: 23rd July 2023

Fantastic

This charity has been an absolute life saver. I heard about them on a radio programme and they have just been wonderful in helping me to get back on my feet after a period of deep depression that racked up a lot of debt. Reviewed on: 22nd July 2023

Brilliant!

When I found myself with debt problems last year I summed up the courage to speak to my creditors, and more than one company referred me to Step Change debt management company, to help me work out a plan to move forward. When I finally spoke to someone from Step Change they were really empathetic to my problems, and helped me create a budget and monthly payment that would help me to pay my debts, whilst still being able to live. Changed my life
