No hassle no judgment help

Step change help us sort ourselves out without any fuss or judgement. They explained all the details and options and helped us follow through our plan. Also explained how to desk with the creditors. Fantastic service showing us "light at the end of the tunnel ". Reviewed on: 9th June 2021

A life saver

I can honestly say that Step Change saved my life. Drowning in debt and not knowing where to turn, I too the step to call them and it is one of the best things I ever did. A friendly, efficient and knowledgable lady took me through the process of setting up a Debt Management Plan and the rest..as they say..is history. Step Change take care of your creditors on your behalf which is great in itself as late payments often propagates threatening letters, calls from unpleasant individuals who turn every day into an utter nightmare. They look after the day to day management of your debts which, speaking from experience, massively reduces the dread, pressure and embarrassment that indebtedness brings. Reviewed on: 11th July 2023

Brilliant debt management

I am so glad I stopped burying my head in the sand with my debts & seeked step change. Friendly, quick and easy to sort out your debts and help you budget better per month. It's great seeing my debt reducing each month and I can now sleep without worrying. Of course being in debt is tough , and opening up to someone about it can be tougher. NEVER feel embarrassed and never be afraid to reach out and ask for help. Stress Free & Helpful
